Neutered cats and dogs up to 10 pounds are accepted. One animal per apartment is allowed.

Dishwashers are included in the rent for all condos. Refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer are included in the 3 ½ and are available for other unit types at an additional charge. Ask a leasing agent for details.

Yes, each NOVA apartment has a wall-mounted air conditioner with heating.

Gas BBQ's are allowed on the balconies. If needed, a BBQ is available on the rooftop terrace.

Yes, there are a few charging stations for electric cars available to all tenants. Charges apply for use.

Yes, a bus stop is right in front of the complex.
Also, the REM station is under construction not far which will take you quickly downtown.
